TC ServeCenter is the Priva failure management package. It is used to monitor several Priva systems simultaneously both locally and from a remote location.
24 hour monitoring
TC ServeCenter registers the failure message and evaluates its urgency. The package immediately informs the technician on call, for instance via SMS, semascript or e-mail. TC ServeCenter continues to monitor the fault until the technician has confirmed receipt of the message or until the building control system sends a message to confirm that the fault has been repaired. In the absence of any reaction the package will again try to contact the first technician, or it will pass on the message to the reserve technician on call.
Failure management can also be transferred to an external party, for instance a Priva Partner. The numerous communication facilities make the Priva system highly suitable for remote control and maintenance.
